Questions partners ask
What happens when a trial ends?
If no plan has been bought, the whole store locks: visitors see a notice instead of the store. Nothing is deleted, and entering a licence key brings it back at once. You're emailed two days before and on the day.
Do I get credit if my client buys without my link?
Yes. If the store was activated with your agency key and the client buys within 90 days of activation, the sale is credited to you by the next morning. When two partner links are involved, the last click wins.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly by PayPal, once your approved balance reaches $25. Each commission is held 30 days after the charge; a refund in that time cancels it.
Which plans earn commission?
All of them. Pro and Max monthly plans earn 100% of the first month, then 25% of every payment for as long as the client stays subscribed. Essentials, Pro Lifetime and Max Lifetime earn 30% once.
Which themes can I use?
All Inspired themes, downloaded from your partner portal for the client stores you build.
How many client stores can I activate?
Five new stores a month, each with one trial of the length you chose (14, 21 or 30 days). Ask us to raise the limit once you have a track record.
Can I use the key on my own store?
The key is for client stores. It works on any store, but every store locks when its trial ends, and a plan you buy for yourself earns no commission.
